doc-central software package provides web-based documentation browser, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install doc-central
doc-central is installed in your system.
Make ensure the doc-central package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep doc-central *
You will get with doc-central package name, version, architecture and description in a table
